I've never played this game longer than an hour.

I saw this crazy raid video on Xfire where this 20 man group took down this gigantic octopus thing and thought "hey that game looks kinda neat, maybe I should try it again."

I tried to log in and was told I was banned.

I made a new character and it was banned.

I sent in a support request.

I responded, and then got nothing for days.

After a week I got an email telling me my ticket was closed.

I responded back with a "wtf, I never got an answer?"

And still haven't heard back.

I'm not prepared to deal with that kind of customer service, uninstalled.

I'm banned anyways, so who cares, lawl.
