Then sandmans right hes not doing anything wrong. Since he himself is not pirating. The only thing microsoft say is that if you open the case you break the warranty. If the kid is selling pirated games then sure go ahead and do what u want with him but in reality what they are doing is stupid and if taken to a jury the kid should easily be able to win with a good argument.

For example. There are multiple sites that allow people to purchase things like LED lights etc for their consoles and install them in. Thats modding. Heck even retailers sell cases. Thats modding too. It all depends on what the customer does with it afterwards.
