Um, The tutorial was okay, but starting in Quenos sucked.. (IMO)
After the tutorial the area became boring. (later it does become fun again.. but.. well.. and antonica isn't the most interesting map either..
starting in Kelethin is suberb to Quenos.

Timorous deep=best. Stupid Q's. Freeport>Qeynos.
Reputation: 28When I got off the tutorial I had to go to some sewers with like level 18s.
Reputation: 119I wish it had more direction as far as quests go...I always end up finding a quest 10 levels above me and then saying screw it and grinding instead...and since I can't whisper guilds are out of the question as well as talking in any sort of level 1-9 chat and whatnot...it just seems too empty am I the only one that notices this? I played on crybone (sp?) or whatever that had medium load while the rest are low load...
Reputation: 9I never really had that problem.
Problem may be world is freaking big.
but you can get to level 10 in a couple hours.
and 20 in a couple days if you really want to.
meanwhile general chats are easy to hit up for parties and doing a guild search for a nice large big guild can really help you in the long run.
i joined a more casual raid guild and enjoyed raiding when i had the time.
was alot of fun running through the zones.
also depends on the type of character you are as well.
im a duo-trio oriented character (dirge solo-buff build) but can also fair very well in groups.
Reputation: 192Nah, Kelethin is better than TD imo.
Korncob get the EQ2 maps, plugin.
Quests are like everywhere.. and the game itselfs tells you where to go.. getting quests for you're level is like cake.
Not true, you could aso go to antonica, or one of the other tons of places.. (but I think the trial is limited to several places)
Reputation: 30He's playing on a US server.
Remembering the world is freaking huge, and zoned, making it that little harder to come by players.
When I logged in a few hours ago the server was rated "light", despite that I came by several full sized parties per area.
They seem empty, sometimes, but they aren't too bad.
1. is there a way to talk in like a "world chat"? so i can maybe get help from people or something like a world chat
- Yes, there are many channels of chat. You just have to go to your chat settings and enable them, there are chat channels for newbies, your level, your city, your class etc
2. can i get more action bars? if so how?
-Right click your action bar and hit new bar
3. i like to play healer/support classes that are also not completely helpless on their own... i think Warden and Inquisitor fit that the best out of all classes... but idk which one... so any help with that would be nice too
-You can try a melee mystic. I solo GREAT, and have GREAT survivability. Yet, I can also play in a party and heal.
