Turns out that a great way to judge a game is by how long it takes for the first crate to appear on-screen. Nice little article. You might get a chuckle or two out of it.

Holy cow that article is 9 years old. Reading about those games brings back some good memories
The article was brilliant though. A lot of the game comments had me in stiches.
Reputation: 154Quite jocular. I really started lolling at the following, since I work in a warehouse.
Kevin: This shot reminds me: You'll see games with forklifts and crates, but you won't see one goddamn pallet. You know what a pallet is right? Yeah, you worked at the warehouse, you know. But all these whiny *****es who go to college on their parents' money and then design games have never been inside a real ****ing warehouse and have no ****ing clue that in order to move a ****ing crate, you need to have a goddamn pallet. Hey Monolith, how'd that ****ing box get in there?Chet: There's actually a pallet here. Unfortunately, it's sitting next to the crates. It's like the designers knew the pallets had something to do with crates, but weren't sure what, so they just scattered a few around them.
