    Default Custom themes for XP.

    I remember there's this file that you put in your system 32 folder or something and you are able to download custom XP themes after you do it.

    Anybody remember it? I completely wiped my HDD and I am trying to find it.


    If you guys don't know what I am talking about, mind sharing a good custom theme changer?
