Different Cabal Publisher?

Anyone know if Cabal will get a new publisher?
OGPlanet lags real bad for me

i doubt it they all ready have a lot of publishers for it because they ip block so there is almost no chance NA will have a new 1 unless they sell it or sumthing

If you lag in north america I recommend getting new internet, its not them...its you.

I would imagine it's an internet problem as well - if OGPlanet lags, you'll lag with other publishers.

everything else runs fine, with low ping

You wont be able to connect to other cabal servers if you are not in the country / region they are licensed to.
