We are pleased to announce the final arrival of Archlord: Arch Battle of the World.

Please see the following schedule.

Archlord server will be available starting from August 19, 2009. 21:00 (GST)

Everyone with Webzen.com account (see our announcement for the list of supported countries) is qualified to access and play the game. Unlike the previous beta testing where characters were wiped, users can now save their account information and it won’t be deleted.

Regarding the game client, we will announce the details as soon as the file becomes available.

NOTE: To access our server please delete the previous Archlord client from your PC before installing the new one.

I'm interested to see how well this does. A global game that blocks that many countries does not seem to have a bright future. The only big gaming country that isn't blocked is like, Brazil?

Wow, I can't believe I forgot about Asia lol . I kinda figured they had their own version by now.
Yea the game should do fine then, as long as they get some people to play.
I don't think the codemaster's version is very popular. I didn't really like the game, and it was the game I didn't like, not the publisher.

yeah this is mostly for asian countries but atleast i can play without using proxy but i fear that almost everyone in game wont speak english ~_~

Well it shouldn't be a problem finding people who can speak english, but the majority of them will probably perfer to speak their native language. Same for the US/EU version. I mainly found german or russians talking to me D: I don't understand a word they say.

Man, I used to check the Project Wiki website every god damn day. That game looked so awesome. I have no idea why they still bother with Archlord. I feel it is one of the worse games that I have ever tried.

But hey, who knows, now that Webzen is actually publishing some of their own games, maybe we will see Project Wiki come to life?
