    Default BSoD on a laptop

    STOP: 0x00000024 (ox00190203, 0x82F612B8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000).

Thats all I know I can't check my laptop specs and I don't remember them, but long story short.

My laptop refuses to boot up and goes right into the BSoD and restarts all over again.

My question is new computer? or is there a way to fix this?

PS: I cannot login into the laptop and it won't boot my XP CD.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.
