I used to play rappelz, but it got boring after a while, so I quit, then came back, then quit again. The support staff is pretty bad, and you get updates through the Korean trickle system. Also there are too many people who just spend hundreds on the cash shop and never learn how to play because they have high level pets (which was a positive).
