There's an "Ethiopian Cuisine" restuarant in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I ate there out of curiosity. There are a lot of vegetables and spices, primarily ginger. Use a fork.

Ethiopians carefully prepare food, with plenty of tasty spices and all, I had lots of Ethiopians on my old football team, and I'd eat with them a lot. Food's good, don't hold back, enjoy.
