i received an error message saying:
" Failed to start game. Please see if the game is already running [-5000]"

is the server going through maintainence?

[EDIT] nvm...i understand the situation. its slow-loading that causes this message. take too long to load and connection to C9 isnt very good.
although it didnt happen to me at all for the past few days.

[EDIT2] ehhhhh....guys....i still cant load ExLauncher. are any one of you experiencing the same issue as me?
i have been opening it for like over 30 times. sometimes i see the page halfway load and the words and links everywhere.
but most of the time i get the error message.

need help ...........
