depending where you're located it maybe worth looking at some of the oceanic realms.

stormrage looks very alliance dominated pve, progression wise
ill still suggest bloodhoof for balance

dragonblight is a euro server, and its basically full
and in the cyclone battlegroup, no ty =S lol
pretty much from the info i can gather bloodhoof is the best bet to start out on for pve and to still pvp on the side
