I don't use catchphrases as much as I use sounds.
I often use "Ugh..." when I find something boring / annoying / tedious.
And, something like "Ushhhh" when I pretend I dislike someone/something.
Like, I come out of an exam and ask my friends how they did and someone says something like "it was easy, I think I'll be getting an A", I roll my eyes and say "Ushhhhh" as in "I hate you". But it's all kidding.
