I really don't get why people would want to (almost)mute their game just to listen to music in the background. It really breaks the mood of the game and ruins the connectivity the player has to what is going on in the environment.
Frankly, I'm happy Sony doesn't have that feature in the PS3. I know that in some of the game I develop in the future, that people will be attentive enough to really immerse themselves in the game, music and all.
Sound has become a big deal and games. Masking that hurts the experience.

The XMB looks so much nicer than the Xbox interface, in my opinion. This is making me change my mind of getting a 360..
The PS3 just seems to look more professional, while the Xbox has a fun look. How's the PSN community compared to the Xbox one? More mature?

I don't play campaign alot and I'm usually playing CoD4, UT3 and MS: PR online... so yeah I usually got the computer beats bumpin.

Ever since i downloaded this new firmware my display settings are set to 500, 700 and 1080.. all ticked but i can't untick the 500 one so the display looks really big..
I have a HDMI cable... don't know if it makes a difference ..meh...
anyone?
