i just downloaded the game and install it but when i run it i got question mark instead of words for the patch, not really know how to uncode them , also i wanted to know if HK still have no IP block for their server, also i can read chinese and when i go on chinese web there is no quesiton mark, i dont know if i am wrong or not, (me computer noob )

Change your regional settings to Chinese in windows so it matches the game you are trying to play.

so i need to change the regional setting for this kinda error?
*Got beanfun HK and try to play it but when i enter my pass and name the little circle thing just keep loading, nothing happen
