Well you have to take into account how much muscle someone has compared to fat.
When I used to ride my bike to work back and forth it added up to 40 miles a week in the hills.
I weighed around 168-170 pounds and was 6'2. Now my body and genetics were just not well selected for building up muscle so all that exercise only dropped my weight.
But if someone did what I did and built up muscle they may weigh more than they used to.
Currently I have become a lazy bastard and I exercise very little.
I am 6'3 and weigh 193-195.
But don't try to use the BMI calculator because it does not account for how much muscle you have. And muscle ways more than fat.
