Just to let you know that the BMI method is BS.
You could be skinny as hell and it will still say you are over weight.
says im 21.7 BMI, so im normal, but theres no way i have that much fat on me, i can barely pinch the skin around the major BMI calculating sites, stomach is the only region i can get a good pinch on, but everyones stomach has some extra skin... so ya BMI is BS.

Not so trim around the waist (nearly a beer belly), But I've got a few muscles too.
