Bread ,Rice, Oat Meal??

me too, and i use chop sticks because i'm japanese.

I read:
"is it okay to eat bread instead or Oat meal", as though you were asking for our permission...kinda weird.

If you're getting sick of eating one thing, why not eat something different.

I eat rice at just about all meals, but I'll also eat Oat Meal for breakfast sometimes.
