Bread ,Rice, Oat Meal??

Hi!! I only want to know others opinion.. I always eat rice but lately I get bored to eat and cook rice.. will it be ok if I eat bread instead or Oat Meal? or should I continue to eat rice.. which do u prefer to eat??

I would like rice in the morning, but that's only because I heard that it makes your stomach stronger. I prefer english breakfasts over anything xD Egg, bacon, beans :3

rice in the morning as breakfast? now thats a new 1 for me lol. toasties/french bread with egg+bacon ftw =p only eat rice for dinner
