First off, there's no such thing as "Counter Strike Source mods". They're called "Source Mods".

Just download them, install and they show up in your steam menu. I recomend Hidden: Source, NeoTokyo, Eternal Silence, Empires and Dystopia. Those are the ones I've had a lot of fun with.


Edit: Oh, and you probably need to download the Source SDK base from steam.
