I played the CB of this game and I thought it was absolutely horrible. Getting from one place to the other was extremely difficult (characters ran waaaaay too slow), navigation to get from one map to the other was just a hassle, there were hardly any quest and by level 8, you had to grind grind grind grind grind.

Sure the music is alright, it's a plus, but overall gameplay it's not good at all. Of course I played the CB of the game and everything must've changed drastically but the damage has already been dealt to me, and I won't even bother.

Actually the majority of people in Malaysia/Singapore speak English. Granted, you'll probably be seeing a lot of la and le's attached to the end of sentences

Apparently it's a slang in their country. I played the SG/MA Dragonica OBT and I almost gouged my eyes out at the close-to-impossible english they speak.
