ok so i just saw this thing that said whoever solves some math problem will win $1 million. and it got me thinking, "what prize, award, or honor has given the most money?" is it the nobel prize?
also, as im typing this, i think the ad for "eudemons" is SEVERELY lagging my computer. i feel like punching the screen

The MacArthur Fellowship (called the Genius Grant) is half a million. But its only given to people who "show exceptional merit and promise for continued and enhanced creative work." There is no application and about 20-40 people are chosen per year.
That's gotta be pretty cool to be given a half million dollars because a foundation thinks you're the shit. No politics or BS involved
