Alright so check it, I was contacted by my recruiter that my date for boot camp has been moved up to fill quene, so Im leaving for boot camp in mid December, and ive been forcing myself to working out 2 times a week in the past couple months to be honest, cause the lack of not having much else to do is gettin me lazy and didnt have much luck landing a job, so I figured why no dedicate more time to getting ready for BMT?
and Although I feel like ive better prepared myself I cant help but feel im just not ready yet, so I Figured I should Force myself to make it all week thing until its time to head out.
So I was wondering if you all could give me some tips/ideas ,or numbers I should shoot for in workouts in doing things like push ups , pull ups etc, and how long i should be pushing myself to run longer distances , how much more weight realisticaly would I want too carry with me durings jogs?(im more stamina then speed) ;O any help is appreciated ;x
