There's really nothing extra that you can/should do
It's going to hurt for like the first week or two no matter what, unfortunately.
Embrace the pain and remember that you're now on the road to beautiful straight teeth!

Your teeth are just very sensitive right now.

But things that will really hurt; anything tough/hard.
I believe I went with cereal/oatmeal/yogurt/noodles/rice.

Advil might also help somewhat.
