DNF IP Blocked?

Is DNF IP blocked i just downloaded it and everytime i try to connect to a channel it says data connection between server and channel is unstable now diconnect.
Happens everytime, I live in EU.

I wouldnt play the korean version unless you know how to read language.

i love how people are like "play the korean version" is another version of the game the European audiance isn't supposed to play.
they require a KSSN for a reason.

Or try the Hong Kong server. No social number is needed, but its still in a foreign language.

That's pretty arrogant considering most American OnRPGers went for the Korean version as well.

you mean America, united states/canada, or THE WHOLE american continent?, because I am from south america and I remember I couldn't login, so I assumed it's the whole american country
