when person cant talk no more are call Mute not dumb

Not being able to talk is called "mute".

I'd probably have to go with deaf though.

Deaf people are perfectly capable of talking, they just have a thick accent so it's hard to understand them sometimes. It's called a deaf accent, believe it or not.

Anyway, I'd probably have a tough time being blind since I like reading a lot, and reading brail would probably be a pain to learn.

Not all the time, at least here we have dumb and mute, dumb is probably less used now, granted.
