    Default 2 Questions about LaTale.

Are quests nessecary in this game?
I remember when i played maplestory i never did ANY quests and i got through the game just fine. I was able to do everything the same as everyone who did quests. I really dread on quests. Am i able to level up and do the quests at a later time?(without them dissapearing) Im a hardcore grinder. And i like just killing monsters in cool ways really.

    Second question would be.
What is a fast class to level up with just PURE GRINDING?
Honestly i don't like mages. I know they are hard to level until 40.
    So whats a good class?

When I played LaTale, I wasn't doing quest and it was fine. I tried the mage and archer classes. Archer class had some AoE and I could AoE solo lots of mobs as long as I had enough pots, was fun lol
With the mage it was slower.

But I did play only in early lvls so I can't tell later on.

you dont have to do quests, but grinding would be a bit hard to do in early levels since you dont have enough skills to kill mobs fast enough, especially solo. I would say you should quest till 40.

heres a small little grinding guide
40-60: Party grind at Mountain/super pigs in toad forest
60-70: party at crabs outside elfa -.-
70-75: solo/party at neo lilliput navys
75-80: solo at lilliput freeway or party at old wolfs in toad cave (need a party of 3 or more, works best with a healer)
80-100: Party at old wolves or female wolves in toad cave (need a party of 3 or more, works best with a healer)

I never did quests and leveled just fine. Imo archer is the quickest leveler, well, it was for me before level 50 anyway.

Two days doing quests I got to 48 on my engineer.

I found them really easy to level with and so are Crossbow Explorers. Quests are pretty much help for noobies that aren't sure were to go to level and most of the quests are like grinding mobs for kills for them or an item they drop, so if you're gonna grind that mob, might as well do the quest for them.

But if you know what you're doing grinding can pay off especially with the 30 minute log in double exp and if you get more exp syrups after that.

I remember seeing a topic on the forums of Latale about a player who went from 1-155 in only 30 days lol. Totally hardcore, with super mega buffs and xp enchants and all. He/she even posted pictures, it was crazy. All they did was grind xD

When a player is bragging that in ANY game you can hit an unbelievable high lvl in 2 days is :

    1. a freaking nerd that plays 15 hours a day.
    2. he knows everything about the game already.
    3. he has already lots of money to start with.
    4. might have a friend to help going through quests/grinds.
    5. CS items.
    6. everything above stacked together.

Of course it's probably not possible to any other player that just started and play casually and within reasonable playing time.

7days? lolwut. You are doing it wrong.
The first hour everyday you log in, you get exp boost. You shouldn't take that long to level up.

This game doesn't need much time for you to level with the quest and extra buff.

He asked which one is better. You can play in whichever version you want since there's no IP block in either.

Anyway. The issue with OGP's version is that if you lag, chances are it will never get fixed. OGP version is obviously more updated, but AG's version will be getting Engineers and Steel City pretty soon as well. I don't know how the cash shop is in AG, but in OGP it's pretty balanced. The prices are fine.

I would say a deciding factor is lag. If you don't lag at all in OGP version, I would recommend sticking to it.

AeriaGames has a much cheaper cashshop than OGP does, aswell as being way more updated than OGP is currently in a couple of months (where kLT is right now, they said. And frankly, I don't have any reason to doubt.)
Also, AeriaGames XP events aren't 2 hours, they're weekend long (ah, those were some fun days. Friday to Monday with 2x lulz.)

    No, not yet.
But they will be getting in not too long.
They seem to be liked by the korean company unlike OGP. Dx

    I wouldn't doubt it.
OGP took FOREVER too add Stoneton Village, which is a level 40+ area, when the majority of us were already 80+.

For any case, pure grinding is faster than questing. Although for a completely new player, I would recommend questing till at least lvl 40 or even 55. If you dont care about money or guildpoints, only take quests that gives good exp and are easy to complete (eg. killing the monsters you are grinding on or going to a certain area that is easy to access). Also, if you are a new player, pure grind only if you have a friend partying with you, that is because of the fact that you will most likely not afford the cost of the pots and equipments.
Those who grinded their way to 80 in 2 days (Id like to remind you that this is definitely not normal way of playing) those who did that knows really well which spots to grind, which quests to take, which quests to avoid and they most likely have a friend grinding with them.

Aah sorry for the block of texts again, my point is just do quests and enjoy yourself to lvl 80, because believe me, when you hit 80 its just gonna be alot of grind again.
