    Lol you dont have to block a punch just holding your block up and keeping your chin tucked. Im pretty sure you watch mike tyson boxing video or majority of boxing videos youll see how.But u should keep your block little higher then most boxers. I'd say keep your knuckles alittle above your temple to get more shoulder workout.

    well i might not be saying that workout right calling it leg lifts. But its for your bottom abs and its very mean workout for them.

    O and what food to eat to gain weight quickly? I'm underweight...maybe thats one of the reason...

    how do i gain weight FAST

    Drink atleast glass or more milk a day. I Dont gain weight easy iether. But when i stayed to my training for whole year id say it was about 20 pounds of muscle i gained.Made sure drunk milk every day. Milk and eggs good common things in the house to eat for weight.

    Try changing up your routine, adding more weight and reps? Also I never really bothered with the machines...free weights are a lot more effective.

    I do but wtf..im my weight has been the same for quite some time.

    Breakfast: Egg
    Lunch: Pizza (lmao)
    Dinner: Meat products
    Before sleep: (Milk)

    here is my new menu lol..what should I add or take away.

    I know I cant do pushups cuz Im waay to skinneh

    It depends when you eat. If you eat close to when you sleep that's when you gain a lot of weight. So let's say you sleep at 11. You should eat a lot at 8-10pm.

    you gain weight based on calories, so in theory to gain the most weight eat the most calories. but the thing is, you want to eat healthy, if you eat healthy you'll be a healthy weight, if you exercise and workout.

    when you start working out, you dont want to change your diet much, you just want to add more protein in to deal with the muscle. so like if you eat a salad, throw chicken on it. drink milk instead of OJ or something(or both) with your breakfast. but when you start exercising heavily, you may need to increase your proportions or number of meals.

    that all you eat, is a egg, one pizza, and so meat products?

    if it is then you gotta add more substance to the meals. eat cereal with the eggs, toast or something not just eggs, an apple or orange maybe?

    if not then....nvm.

    like for example, when i had XC training( two days before a meet) i would prob put in a good 4K calories.

    the point being, you gotta eat more.

    That is a myth son.

    If you guys want to gain more weight, eat a lot of small meals throughout the day, eating a meal maybe every 3-4 hours. Each meal should have a good balance of carbs, protein and all that. Protein is a definite must and to have a lot. And sleep is an extremely important factor, get enough sleep. Having a good diet also helps improve strength other than just mass.

    Well people argue that they even out, but I've checked it out and the majority say it's a better back exercise. Although, there is still a large amount that say its a good leg also.

    well its like basically a squat with the weight below your hips, still using your legs, but it makes you lift with the back too. but ya i do agree it does break your back muscles pretty good.
