Can't connect to youtube

For about a month now, I can't get in the youtube website, let alone being able to watch any of the youtube video.

It always shows this

The connection has timed out


The server at www.youtube.com is taking too long to respond.


* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I can access all other website fine, just not youtube. When other people post youtube video on the forum, i can't see the video. HELP!

Do you have flash installed?

Your ISP might have blocked YouTube.
