i forgot the name, but its hilarious

its setting is in a classroom full of guys in suits, and like theres a foreign dude on the t.v and the host or what ever tries to get the foreign guy to talk in english, which he fails in a funny way, if any of the guys in the class room laugh they get beaten with rulers lol... best i can describe it
