Whats your thoughts on MW2?

I bought Operation Flashpoint. Its glitchy, you have to stop walking completely and then wait 2 seconds for your character to go down, people shoot you across the map, its imposible to hit them without a killer scope. Its probably better online.

I NEED MW2 to get the filth of that game off my eyes.

MW2 is gonna be very excellent. Hopefully everything balances out well. Maps look exciting as well

OPFP 2 DR was all most a experiment to see how arcade and realistic they could get

If people want to play a realistic FPS, im afraid Call of Duty is not the game to buy. If you want a realistic FPS, i think you gotta buy Rainbow six vegas 2, or something.

Call of duty's mediocre and overrated (i think). But i'll keep an eye on it, it has originality.

It looks good, but I hope it won't turn out like Halo 3 - overhyped and adequate/mediocre.
Or like Spore - pirated, and the novelty wears off overtime.
Not gonna buy it, cos.. I don't have a 360. I wouldn't be surprised if they bundled it with a 360 though, so I'll look forward to that as a Christmas present!

They have made a new 360 with a limited faceplate and a 250gb Hard Drive, the Super Elite or something.

When will fps's be realistic

I always remember something Adam Sessler said during one of his soapboxes

"War isn't fun, but in a strange paradox games about war should be."

If you want realistic the best you are going to get is probably America's Army, or go join the Military, it's just like FPS but with better graphics.

Ugh, too many awesome games out at one time.

I'm already spending a ton of time on Demon's Souls, and now I have to balance time between Uncharted 2, Borderlands, Dragon Age AND this! Also can't forget Assassin's Creed 2, Brutal Legend, and Ratchet & Clank among others. Those games won't take as much time as the other 4 big ones, but still.

Not to mention any MMORPG's... the only one I'm playing nowadays is DDO, but still. Forget picking up Aion or Champions Online anytime soon.

edit: And even though it is Modern Warfare 2 we're talking about, I still think Uncharted 2 is going to be my personal favorite this year. All I have is the beta and I've probably clocked more played hours into that bad boy than all my other retail PS3 games combined.
