Ruined Names...

Have you ever met someone that was such a terrible person, that they ruined a name for you?

For example, there was this really rich kid in my middle school named Blake. He was an ***, and thought he was better than EVERYONE. There are certain people he wouldn't even speak to because they weren't good enough for him.

He and I exchanged words once, and ever since - I hate the name Blake. I know a few cool Blakes, but they just can't undo the damage he did.

Every time I hear the name Blake, I think of that asshole lmao.

Anyone else have something similar?

Opposite of what you're looking for, but I actually remember a kid named Adolf from 6th grade.

Really nice guy.

Jeff. There was this kid at my old school that told on me and my friends for smoking before school. Got us all suspended for a month cus he said we were smoking joints. And I was like dude, it was a cigarette. And for that suspension and suspicion of being high I got locked up for 2 weeks cus I was on that becca bill thing. Then after all that he tryed to pick a fight with me. I did eventually get tired of him calling me out and his friends calling me a ***** so I fought him. I feel bad for that to this day cus I don't fight fair + I've and been in many scuffles. Kid gots his *** beat hard. I tryed apologizing but he was all like "Dude, I ****in hate you don't ****in talk to me."... Those words still make me feel like a shitty person.

I don't see a resurrection in the name Adolf, haha. When your teacher called register, did anyone express shock at "Adolf"? I would double-take, honestly.

It's like Gladys, nobody calls their kid that anymore. "Maude", "Cecil", you know? Hahaha.

They're ruined by the time period. So I guess they are ruined names.

I have a neighbor who is a total female dog about some of the stuff we do at our house, but is completely within the covenants. Been going on for quite a while and it's quite irritating. Name: Christina.

At school, there's this cool girl that I like, and hang around with a fair bit. Name: Christina.

Hahah. Thats 2 strikes for Jeffs! Lol. Every Jeff I have ever known (myself included) has just been real goofy and clumsy haha. (I take no offense guys, no worries)

I thought of another. Bonnie. We had this girl in my elementary school that was fatter than I am now (and I'm a big dude). She was in 1st grade, and barely fit through the door. She seriously had a perma-chocolate ring around her mouth. I remember she gave the entire elementary school lice too. On top of all that, she was a real ***** and used to regularly beat up the other kids.

I know when kids are that young, its not their own fault. Its all the parents at that point...but the memory remains.

Agreed, lol. He did get the occasional "Heil!" during roll-call, but in general everyone really liked him. I remember when he first came over to my house...I introduced him to my parents with "This is my friend Adolf" and they kinda gave each other that "Are you serious?" look.

I do wonder why his parents would give him that name though.

Well, I can actually picture him being right. Were any of you "good" enough to overcome the advantage he had in money? People are in general far from angels, no matter which class in society.

Actualley this kid named Wyatt I know, ****ed up the game "Advent Rising" for me, The main character was named Wyatt.

The kid just pissed me off, was a cock sucking asshole with no self respect but to put others down.

Thats right, I couldnt even finish a game because of his name....
