complex as in stat/skill distribution and equipments
    unique character classes
most of the time you'll go to some computer in-game and chose a mission you want to do (you'll see the reward you get at that comp).
then usually you'll run to some "dungeon" where you'll meet monsters / enemys , kill them open some chests and get ur reward.
gfx are outdated - they've announced a new graphic engine 1-2 years ago.

Also, next time you want to spam, please don't be a dick. I mean, honestly, out of like 100 of each of your posts, 1 is actually useful.

anarchy is one of the best if not "the best" mmo out there personal opinion of course. if u havnt played give it a go.

an like said before dont let the steep learning curve drive u away. it will change the way you look at mmos for ever lawl. an im not being some melo dramatic fan boi lol. its on a serious note. its easy yet complex when needed to master =)

very fun game i loved every day i played. w8ing on the gfx update to come back =).

Do people really still do computer missions? I always leveled much quicker going straight to the subway right after getting off of the tutorial island. Then going to ToTW directly after getting kicked out of the subway. @_@ Got to 55 that way.

Anyway, like they said. It's a little overwhelming at first, since the stats are really varied, and the weapons require stats, not level. Though that kind of falls into the ***** and gimping category, which is awesome with the implants and traders boosting your stats and all that. There's a lot to do, really. I just kind of dried it out when I got to 200. xD

I use to play AO even before it went free... It is the best mmo of its time. Super complex but still totally fun. A very massive world... A lovely war between two factions... Alien raids... Cool classes... The list goes on. I use to play a soldier and an agent as my two mains. But I also had most of the other classes as well, just no where as high. I played the hell out of the game, and I'd totally recommend AO and the expansions. Other then the graphics, the game is grade A. I just don't play anymore because I already played it to the point of me putting it down for good.

I would totally give Anarchy another try (used to play way back when, before Shadowlands and Notum Wars came out), if I had some kind of confirmation that the population was thriving or at least on the rise.

I really don't feel like investing money in a dying game. And I know there's a free version, but I asked around and you really cant compete in the free version with the people that own the expansions... not to mention I'm sure the expansion content comes with it's own fun and benefits.

Eh... I'll give the free version a try. It'll be interesting to see how my laptop handles it. It was one of those MMORPG's I ALWAYS went back to.

You always got lost in RF Online? Uninstall Anarchy immediately.

K, so whoever is going to play, give me the server and your ign. I installed and am going to start either tonight or tommorow.

EDIT: I am starting today. What server should we be on?? Also, if any1 could give me a good build to PvP and what class is good for Pvp, that would be great

One thing about pvp, unless your paying to play, don't bother, you will get ripped to shreds in every which way.

Anarchy online was and always be one of my favorite mmos of all time. But ill admit. It does have a steep learning curve.

humm... ye, you just cant swoop in and hope to make a good build xD
they say doctor class is the best solo char overall on high lvls since he gets all those healing skills and when hes maxxed those he can concentrate on combat skills (but veeery weak on lower lvls, but still needed quite alot in groups for fighting bosses)
i never did play doc... but this makes me want to take up the game again and make one
easyest to play is martial artist btw (isnt so dependant on equipment as other classes are... as he gets damage from stats and skill not weapons, tough they did nerf down the MA skills at some point, guess they figured it was too easy)

I got a 212 keeper and 213 soldier so hopefully one of them is still a good class after the rebalancing lol
