Question about sig's

Like when i make a sig and upload it to: tinypic, photobucket, image shack, etc

It like comes out a lower quality(like more blurry) then on photo shop. I try'd saving it in different formats but it still does that. My sig's aren't coming out as detailed because of that. Anyone have any suggestion how i may fix this?

Well the best Format is .png

and OnRPG tends to kill quality.
