Arad Senki - It all works but I can't create a character

Hello, So I've managed to register/download/install the game and it works.
But my only problem is when I go to create a character I can't type anything in for its name.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this or make a character for me?

yea but my god dude, its over 1000 freaking pages. Like I could go through it all, or even keep track of a post I've made. Seriously
