Is anyone else experiencing really slow Download speeds?

I usually use Megaupload getting 700kb/s - 1mb, but lately I am getting 200/300 kb/s


Is my interwebs finally failing? Or?

I just switch my setting so the site thinks I have a premium account.
Cheat the system I always say.
