You're late on the "change" part.

Minutes to Midnight has been out for awhile now.

This is a great song, nonetheless.

Linkin Park has ALWAYS been every 12 year old's favorite band. Where the hell have you been the last decade?

True. I liked LP when I was young. They got me into the alternative genre.

I still like Linkin Park. They paved my way into metal with their spiky haircuts and strange sentient plant things from their videos.

This is the only Linkin Park song I like:

Prolly because it has GFK in it.

    KRAAAAWLING IIIIIIIIIIIIIN MY SKIIIIIIIIN.

Yeah they are ok I guess, the only reason I ever payed any attention to them is because they had those model gundams I used to love so much in one of their videos.

I too have been disappointed by their new sound. I like a few of their new stuff, but not much. I enjoyed Hybrid Theory the most. They need to return to that sound and maybe add a little of their new sound.

I actually haven't noticed 12 year olds claiming that Linkin Park is their favorite band. I just see them obsessed with the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus.

Pfft, I was always sickened by Linkin Park, made me, as a kid, think the only good rock was classic rock, and kept me far away from metal.

Thats because all the 12 year old kids who claimed they like linkin park (my generation) grew up. We're mostly all young adults now.

They were probably one of the first "alternative" bands i've listened to, considering my history of listening to lite fm because my parents did. I still think their old stuff is awesome, although minutes to midnight was great as well.

Used to listen to them years ago, I've moved on since then.

There are definitely better bands out there than these folks.
