    Default 9Dragons Any Good?

I was thinking about playing it for a while but I never made up my mind, is 9Dragons a good MMORPG? I've heard mixed things about it, then again I also heard mixed things about Requiem and it's pretty good too :P

I didn't play far in the Acclaim version (played the Persistent's World version before they stopped it) due to the ads taking up half your screen while resting.
When you reach a certain level the add always takes up your screen now unless you pay them of course...

That changes when you get sprinting skill.

The combat animations are the only great thing about this game. if you take them out, then its just another game where you do a few random quests and then fight animals all day. theres a ton of styles to use. As you level you actually get choices. Like with spears, you get penitrating styles or wind styles. Theres a bunch of weapon styles, but each weapon style has a bunch of different styles/animations to go with it.

its only worth trying if you play with a bunch of friends and really like kung fu (i'm a huge kung fu movie fan) Theres a cash shop, but i never bothered looking at it. I lasted about a week. Once I realized how plain the combat was and that all I was doing was killing stuff just to eventually kill more stuff in the same boring way, it was time to leave. I imagine if it had interesting missions or if the friends i played with picked the same class it would have been fun. But no body wanted to fight with the same weapons
