A lot of older songs are very meaningful. Some new ones too. Most the new songs, especially most rap, are meaningless. The lyrics are basically:
"Yo mother ****er, i wanna smoke some weed, then i gonna disrespect this ***** and *** on her back. I'm da mother ****ing best. Everyone else is shit. Look at all my gold chains and my mouth jewelry. I'm gonna dance like an idiot and call it da stanky leg. **** WHITE PEOPLE!"
And that's about it.
That's not to say they're completely meaningless, but, I don't find them meaningful enough to have "Inspired my life".
