I think if you're playing on a US server and you speak English its reasonable to exclude people because they don't speak it for party purposes or trading. There's a legitimate reason that you want everyone in your party speaking English.
I imagine Korean/Japanese players must get frustrated when we go into their games and have no clue what is going on.

How about straight forward avoiding other people? No one can force himself upon you, if you do not let him, by for example ****ing off.
Another example on what I mean:
Lets say a black dude is called lazy at a workplace, by a cop, etc: This has some direct effect, that actually means something.
Black dude getting called lazy on the Internet or via tv, in school by a buddy, etc: Means shit. Who cares.
