I'm not someone who usually gets scared but DAMN...this movie isnt really a scary movie like Paranormal Activities was supposed to be, but more like a movie that leaves you thinking. I hate movies like that.

if its as good as everyone says ill probably end up buying it on dvd, i didnt think much of it when i saw the ad's on tv though.
yeah independence day was a true story too, thats why there have been so many tax hikes, they needed to rebuild the whitehouse and stuff but they covered it up by putting memory wipe devices inside our televisions and camera flashes

IMO, I thought the movie sucked. all it was was continuous speculation and really crappy jump moments that persist in making the movie "Scary".
TBH my major bone with it is I really doubt if aliens existed they'd be down here wanting to probe us and crap. TBH I'de think they'de have there own problems, maybe like government, technology, war, etc? think about it.
Even if there were advanced life on other planets, what makes you think they would even know we're here? They could be trillions of light-years away wondering if life existed other than on their planet.

Well i heard Paranormal Activity sucked bawls. So if this movie is "below" Paranormal Activity, then no thanks, ill just wait for it to come on torrent.
But then again this movie looks interesting so idk, i dont see how half the people who watched Paranormal Activity said it was horrible and they laughed, and another half said they had to sleep with their moms.
But in my opinion, aliens exist, and they have visited our world. Most likely, but who knows?

Personal opinion on aliens; They're out there, if they've seen us they don't care. They're obvious superior, why waste their time with us ?
The same way we see bugs, glare for a moment and move on. Overall if they're capable of getting this far to us, they've obviously evolved farther than we can imagine.

surely you mean, the same way we see bugs, give every single one its own name, study its physiology and cell structure, life cycle, habitat, social structure and habits, make a bunch of documentaries about and then move on.
it stands to reason that other species would be interested in us, even if they are super intelligent and have already discovered similar species all over the galaxy... theyd still stop to name us and study us, without us being aware.

Excatly and did you all know a Massive Clouds of Space Dust is blocking us from the whole galaxy,its like we are not ther so if you keep asking yourself why Alien didnt find us yet well blame it on the Space clouds.
