Modern Warfare 2, A little too beyond?

So I just went to my local Gamestop and pre ordered Modern Warfare 2. Now this Gamestop is very small only like 5 parking spots you have to do a crazy U-turn to even get to it I am surprised its still in business. So while I was pre ordering I decided to ask how many people have already pre ordered it from this Gamestop. I thought it would be like 30-50 but he said over 250!!! Its going to be one crazy midnight release with 250 people and only 5 parking spots.

So who else pre ordered MW2? And if you did what are you most excited about?
I'm most excited for Spec Ops mainly because I loved the zombie mode on CoD: WaW.

preordered 3 of them :3 and the store will open at night becuase they had something over 1000 people that ordered from that store, im not going at night, after a couple of hours so the rush goes away the store will also have fnatic from counter strike there to challenge them and win prices, there will also be a Cosplay competition and all-in-one laptops and stationary computer you can try on ;D

think about it, whats the last pc demo you can remember playing? they dont even bother with demo's anymore because it takes up too much time and money to produce.... so the companies just sell out and spend all their time on console games which they KNOW will make a FAT profit when all the kids rush out to buy the latest thing.

Yep. You can even just go there at midnight and pick up a copy after all the people who reserved theirs gets their copy.

By the way it would be alot easier to hack on listen servers instead of dedicated servers lol at the computer noobs dedicated servers can have and usually do have a much greater sense of security cause the people playing them using admin mods etc and pay for them so if you think they are over run by hackers i got news for you you just suck at the game and nerd rage when you cant get a l33t k/d ratio.

And did i hear correctly that the game doesn't actually include a kick option? fail is fail sorry.

I can not wait to see the end of competetive game play and clans as we know them, they will be relegated to little more than forum clans that occasionaly run into each other in game lol sad and that is in the best case really.

I hope you pre-order fr the console at least what you'll get is the same old useless shit you would get any ways on a console.

You can't just patch dedicated servers in the game would have to be re coded and made to work with dedicated servers. (for the extent of my knowledge)

and they have all ready wasted so much money to make a peice of crap game and release it on 2 platforms that i doubt they will have the time/money to actually re code and entire game fast enough to actually have it be profitable.

but eh no worries i got me dragon age and borderlands to keeps me busy during insomnia time.

im only buying it for PC because my moms bf is and his kids.. just so i can pwn them .. i wanted it for my PS3 but i really didnt want to spend that much money yet due that im putting it on my driver license. but i think this game is going to be fun :3
