    Default Texting and shizz

So if i am not getting service in a area(get this alot being in the country) will i automatically recieve/send text when i get back in service, or will they just not reach me/go out?

and to make a thread of it, ask whatever phone related questions ya have.

You auto receive but I think after your phone gives up trying to send it when you have no service you just have to send it again when you do have it.

That's what I always do anyway.

Either they got lost when the service was lost, your phone sucks(turning it off and back on usually boots up the txt messages), or your phone COMPANY sucks

    Lol yea..

I had like three phone companies in my Lifetime so far:
    Cingular, Sprint, and MetroPC.
ALL of them no matter how cheap they are when you have no service you only can't recieve are calls mostly and you can't call people, or txt them, you recieve messages though!

AT&T is not that good, I would go with Verizon, or Sprint. AT&T is good but those two are a bit higher in service in my opinion.

Also as I said, it could be the phone you have is glitching up and is not saying "Hey! You have new messages!"

I guess this may depend on how long the txt is valid for, some carriers I've dealt with have them valid for 4 hours or anywhere up to 48 hours, meaning that the service will hold that txt for that period and try to resend it (not sure at what intervals)
