Default Things that have changed the way you see the world

By "things" I mean art, movies, music, books etc., stuff with meaning. Not "Farcry changed my life. Seriously, I was a crack-smoking alcoholic with cancer until I found that game. It turned me around (sobs)"

I think for me the Sandman graphic novel changed the way I think about things more than anything else. Yes its a comic, but not some Marvel crap, its deeper and smarter than most novels even. It made me think about my ideas, and what I wanted to do with my life. It made me want to be a writer myself more than ever.

Laugh if you like, but go read it yourself, and be amazed.

Um, yeah I'm starting to sound like I'm hired by the guy. Anyone else read or seen anything that changed them?

There are probably a ton of things that have changed the ways I view the world but you talked about comics and that always reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes. Yes Calvin and Hobbes moves me, especially the last one in the 10th anniversary addition talking about how summer flew by so fast. Wow, *goes back and rereads all of Calvin and Hobbes*

I see the world differently after talking to Uskae and Jakuza on the onRPG chat room.
