Monster Hunter F directx8.1 error help?

ok so i start up monster hunter frontier and put in the name and pass then press the ok button thing

so the guy cooking a steak waits to get to 100 then when finally 100 he raise's the steak thing and you hear some asian woman yells some word i dont understand

then it disapears as if its about to load up a screen to start the game but then i get this thing

ive...changed time to osaka dont the vpn thing idk what else to do i thought i would be able to play this if my computer was able to play l4d(1 and 2) and re5 and other games with great graphics but this stupid thing

If you want help at least change your font to Korean and then look at the DX error instead of showing this encrypted garbled p.o.s. =.=

i have the japanese one not the korean and im on windows xp but i need a cd to put it on

likefor example

i clicked the asian lettering(***,chin,kor) it asks me to insert a disk

but i hav no disk so im gonna look for a download and get back

please ppl keep replying

ok i dont have the cd and everyone is saying i need it to have japanese so hat now?
