y it would be cool , there are no fpses where marines hold off their ground vs oncoming aliens (instead of russkies)

Are you serious? Heart Beat Sensor, The normal armor, the JUGGERNAUT armor that takes a few dozen sniper shots alone to get through to list a few.



An armor that is only a few inchs thick that can withstand a hailstorm of bullets, grenades or anything else that is meant for personnel is nothing something you will see in a few years. Nor is that kind of sensor that detects heartbeats. However, the American military already has laser weapons that will be implemented within 20 years.

Play hardcore and the normal armour is realistic.

But, you've named two things that are futuristic, out of countless other technologies the game has.
