All I have to say is MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL IT CORRECTLY.

    See YouTube for hilarious examples.

Unless your house is made of Cheese Nips or you weigh 400+ lbs. I doubt you'll damage your door frame.

*full disclosure* I own a door frame model

First one is way better. You don't have to screw anything in, you can store it when you're not using it, and you won't have to look at an eyesore of a pullup bar anymore if you eventually get lazy and stop using it.

    I'd just...use my...like whatever.

Buying a pull-up bar seemes useless! You can make one with all the risks and dangers included.

My friend has one of those bastards. The one that goes on your door, he never complained about it falling or anything, so I assume it's decent.

i dont see why you want to do pull ups anyway, they suck, so hard to do a decent amount of good form ones lol.

oh, i got a question, i know that pull ups work the back a little more than a chin up, but whats dif when your palms are facing inward?

When your palms are facing forward, it works out more on your forewarms.

i know about away from you, and towards you, but not sure about if your palms are facing inwards towards each other.

and im pretty sure your forearms dont have much to do with variation in pullups

palm towards you = bicep more
    palm away = back more
palm inward facing each other = ??????

I happened to check the muscletician forums looking for answers, but it was full of pages and pages of trolling and flame wars.

    Too much testosterone I think.

Sorry, I missed the part where I quoted you. I thought I was just tossing some helpful information out there for everyone since the information posted thusfar in the topic was wrong, but obviously you caught me red-handed.

    Take your caps-lock rage elsewhere.
