The origin of different MMO terms

probably long before the game i learned most of these terms from, Dota. (cept we called the mule the chicken)

***** and ninjaing i heard from WoW, but it probably goes back much more than that.

Reroll i heard that from Maplestory, but again probably a term that was made before that

GG is usually Good Game, or Good Go. (As in Good Job)

There are older terms used in the early 1990s with mmos that have warped a bit.

I know the feeling. It gets bad when instead of saying "fag" or "******" like normal kids I say "noob"

Well 15 years ago it was worse since very few people played MMOs or new of them.
