It's the same for me with both of my analog sticks.

Long hours of Fight Night Round 3 is what made it that way. I also dug my nail so deep into the right stick that it made a permanent rip in the cushion.
but my problem is that it spins the charecter like out of control im still trying to open the buttom two screws shit.
