Him or his likeness should pay triple for a certain "fat seat" that gets required by law by the gov, which either needs to be installable modularly, to replace ordinary seats, or be available otherwise in any plane, for any flight in a fitting number, for maximum barrier free flying.
With this "fat seat" taking up approximately the space of four ordinary seat spaces, no one would be discriminated and everyone enjoy maximum leg freedom and no cuts to security, or stroke risk from bad circulation.
